Therapist Information and Services

ABOUT ME

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in New York and Connecticut. I am also a national certified counselor (NCC). I am currently a doctoral candidate for my PhD in Mental Health Counseling in Westchester, NY. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Yeshiva University and my Bachelor of Science at Fordham University. I am affiliated with the American Counseling Association and the New York Mental Health Counselors Association. I have presented on burnout in the workplace and self-care methods.

I see a client, not a disorder. I come from a background in empirically-supported techniques but I tailor my work to each individual who walks into session. I am comfortable with a variety of theories and believe no one theory fits all. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is of great importance and create a safe, judgement-free space to build a positive dymanic.
